SR-Instruments Oy is delivering two Detmaster MPH Pinhole Detection Systems to ArcelorMittal Weirton Works in USA. The systems will be installed in October on Tin Plating Lines No. 4 and No. 6, which line speeds are 550 m/min. Detmaster MPH systems are able to detect pinholes from size 10 um up to large holes, and therefore, they will guarantee the efficiency and the quality assurance at the concerned Tin Plating Lines at ArcelorMittal Weirton Works.

SR-Instruments Oy is delivering the Detmaster MPH Pinhole Detection System for rental use to the Ternium Mexico's Monterrey mill site in Mexico. The system will be installed on Tension Leveling Line, which maximum line speed is 425 m/min. The Detmaster system is able to detect pinholes from size 10 um up to large holes, and therefore, it will guarantee the efficiency and the quality assurance at the Ternium Mexico's Tension Leveling Line.

SR-Instruments Oy is delivering the Detmaster MPH Pinhole Detection System to the Impress Deventer Plant in The Netherlands. The system will be installed on Cut-to-length Line No. 102, which maximum line speed is 450 m/min and maximum number of strokes 235 strokes/min. The Detmaster MPH system is able to detect pinholes from 10 um up to large holes and provides a signal to reject the sheets including pinholes. Thus, Detmaster MPH system will guarantee the efficiency and quality assurance at the Impress Deventer Plant's Cut-to-length Line No. 102.

SR-Instruments Oy is delivering the Detmaster MPH Pinhole Detection System to the tinplate manufacturer Altos Hornos' Monclova mill site in Mexico. The system will be installed on Tension Leveling Line, which maximum line speed is 400 m/min. The Detmaster MPH system is able to detect pinholes from 10 um up to large holes, and therefore, it will guarantee the effiency and the quality assurance at the Altos Hornos' Tension Leveling Line.

SR-Instruments Oy is delivering the third Detmaster MPH pinhole detection system to the tinplate manufacturer Sidor C.A. in Venezuela. The system will be installed on Cut-to-length Line No. 2, which maximum line speed is 305 m/min. The Detmaster MPH system is able to detect pinholes from 10 um up to large holes, and therefore, it will guarantee the efficiency and the quality assurance at the Sidor's Cut-to-length Line No. 2.

SR-Instruments Oy is delivering the first Detmaster MPH Pinhole Detection System to ArcelorMittal Weirton mill site in the USA. The system will be installed on Tin-free Steel (ECCS) Line K2. The delivered Detmaster MPH system is able to detect pinholes from 10 um up to large holes, and therefore, it will guarantee the efficiency and quality assurance at the Weirton's Tin-free Steel (ECCS) Line K2.
