Before the end of last quarter of 2012, SR-Instruments was awarded some repeat orders by it’s existing customers. :

SR-Instruments will deliver and commission a Detmaster MPH2000 pinhole detection system to Ternium Mexico Pesqueria in connection to their new Tension Leveling Line investment. Detmaster will be an integrated part of this new line, which will be delivered by FAGOR - RDI Met., S.L. Spain.

Altos Hornos de México S.A.B. de C.V. in Mexico added another Detmaster pinhole detector system to their Detmaster inspection system fleet. A new Detmaster MPH1500 will be installed to their Preparation Line #1.

Also Ton Yi from Taiwan awarded SR-Instruments Oy with two more Detmaster MPH contracts. The units will be installed to their Electrolytic Tin Plating Line (MPH 1200) and Continuous Annealing Line (MPH 1500) during 2013.

We are very happy and proud to announce that all of these contracts were contributed by positive user experiences with already running Detmaster systems in the companies.

Zhangjiagang Yangzi River Cold Rolled Sheet Company in China has recently acquired two pieces of SR-Instruments Oy's Detmaster 1400 MPH Pinhole Detection Systems for new Electrolytic Tin Plating Line and Continuous Annealing Line. The concerned Detmaster MPH systems are able to simultaneously detect tiny edge cracks and pinholes from size 10 um up to large holes. With these features Detmaster MPH systems guarantee the efficiency and the quality assurance at the new Electrolytic Tin Plating and Continuous Annealing Lines of the Works.

Erdemir Works in Eregli, Turkey has recently acquired SR-Instruments Oy's Detmaster 1300 MPH Pinhole Detection System for Electrolytic Tin Plating Line to replace an obsolete pinhole gauge. The concerned Detmaster MPH system is able to simultaneously detect tiny edge cracks and pinholes from size 5 um up to large holes. With these features Detmaster MPH system guarantees the efficiency and the quality assurance at the Electrolytic Tin Plating Line of Erdemir Works.

Detmaster PR - Web Inspection System

Detmaster PR Web Inspection System is dedicated for detailed simultaneous on-line web inspection and quality control of coated paper and board products. The system detects coated paper and board surface defects as well as measures surface quality parameters such as gloss, brightness, gloss-mottling and white top mottling.

The detector beams of the Detmaster PR system are always installed against the roll surface in order to realise stable measurement conditions where web bounce and undulation are completely eliminated. As a result of this necessary arrangement the Detmaster PR system is able to detect extremely low contrast surface defects such as blade streaks, nozzle streaks, butterflies, coating skips, etc.
