SR-Instruments is delivering Detmaster MPH pinhole detection system to CSN’s Volta Redonda mill site in Brazil. The system will be installed on Tin Plating Line No. 6, which maximum line speed is 731 m/min. All pinholes from 10 um are detected and diameter measured. The Detmaster MPH system will improve the efficiency and the quality assurance at the CSN’s Tin Plating Line No.6.
